Costs and delivery times

When you place an order on our online store, several choices of delivery service will be offered to you, depending on the delivery address. You will find below the characteristics of these different services.

Books and Brochures :

• Rate valid for all countries except France.
• No follow-up is possible.
• The delays can be very long. If you wish to receive your parcel quickly, we advise you against this rate.

Please note that the Book and Brochure delivery method does not allow tracking, can take up to 3 months, and is not insured. If the package is lost, there will be no recourse

Mondial Relay :

• Tariff valid for the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain
• Tracking of the parcel and choice by the customer of the Relay Point where the parcel will be deposited.
• The delays vary between 2 and 5 days for this rate.

Green letter :

• Rate valid only for France
• No tracking.
• Delivery time varies between 2 and 5 days for this rate.

Colissimo :

• Rate valid only for France
• Tracking of your package.
• The delays vary between 2 and 5 days for this rate.

bPost colis :

• Rate valid only for Belgium
• Follow-up of your parcel
• The delays vary between 2 and 3 days for this rate

bPost World :

• Rate valid only for Switzerland
• Follow-up of your parcel
• The delays vary between 2 and 3 days for this rate

If your order exceeds a certain weight, we will prefer to use the GLS carrier, which allows a tracking of the package and a delivery at home, without additional cost.
